Brava

Privacy

Full transparency. No hidden data. Your trust matters more than our metrics.

What we collect

Name and email

Used to personalise your experience and identify you across sessions.

Onboarding responses

Your answers to all onboarding questions — Patterns identified, goals, capacity, offerings.

Pattern profile

The Patterns Brava identified from your conversation — what's driving the tax you're carrying — with intensity scores and navigation stages.

Flourishing scores

Your 6-dimension baseline from onboarding and all subsequent monthly reflections.

Career events

Events you log — wins, setbacks, negotiations, role changes.

Diagnostic results

Work Portfolio items and Negotiation Assessment context and brief.

Content interactions

What you save, mark helpful, or act on from the Content Library.

Reciprocity activity

Give and receive events logged in your Circles.

Help requests and offers

Requests you post and offers you make within Circles.

Behavioral signals

Anonymised event log of actions taken in the platform (page views, button clicks, completion events). These are retained anonymously even after account deletion to improve Brava for everyone.

How anonymity works on the Wall

The Wall is anonymous by design, not just by access control: a Wall submission is never stored with a member or user identifier at all — the database table that holds it has no column for one. There is nothing to look up and no record anywhere, including internally, that connects a Wall post back to the person who wrote it.

What Brava uses in prompts

Brava only receives the context needed for the specific task at hand. Your data is never sent to third parties.

Export or delete your data

Download everything Brava holds about you as a JSON file, or permanently delete your profile, flourishing history, career events, and remove yourself from all circles — both from the Data & Privacy page once you're signed in. We email you a confirmation link for either, which expires in 15 minutes. Anonymised signals are kept either way, for aggregate research, with your name and email removed.

Questions about any of this: hello@brava.world. A person reads every message.
